The Stargazer’s Garb, a popular Body Armor in Dragon’s Dogma 2, has garnered attention in the community for its unique and sleek design resembling a two-piece swimsuit. Despite its rather revealing appearance for an armor piece, it offers decent Magick Defense for Mage, Sorcerer, or Trickster vocations. Here’s how you can easily obtain the Stargazer’s Garb, along with its matching Leg Armor, the Spellweaver’s Waistcloth, in Dragon’s Dogma 2!
How to Get the Stargazer’s Garb in DD2
There are essentially two ways to acquire the Stargazer’s Garb:
- Inside a treasure chest in Seafloor Shrine: During the ‘Convergence’ main quest, while exiting the Seafloor Shrine, you’ll stumble upon a treasure chest in the second tower connected by a bridge (above sea level). Inside, you’ll find the Stargazer’s Garb, free for the taking. However, reaching this chest requires quite a bit of exploration and combat.
- Purchase from Zonna: If you prefer convenience over exploration, you can buy the Stargazer’s Garb from Zonna, a female Beastren merchant. Find her at the Battahl Ropeway Central Station during the daytime, and be prepared to part with 34000 Gold for this fashionable armor!
How to Get the Spellweaver’s Waistcloth in DD2
The Spellweaver’s Waistcloth complements the Stargazer’s Garb perfectly and offers similar Magick Defense-focused stats. Like its counterpart, you can purchase the Spellweaver’s Waistcloth from Zonna for 12800 Gold.
To complete the “Man of Culture” set (as affectionately dubbed by the DD2 community) for your Mage, Sorcerer, or Trickster character, you’ll need both the Stargazer’s Garb and the Spellweaver’s Waistcloth. And if you’re inclined to skip the hassle of exploration and combat, be prepared to part ways with a total of 46800 Gold to acquire these coveted pieces of armor!
