The Drunken Cloth is available for purchase at 2000 Gold from Severn, the bugbear NPC and bartender at the Guildhall Bar. You can find this establishment in the Lower City Sewers during Act 3 of the game.

To reach Severn and the Guildhall Bar swiftly, use the manhole [X: 127 Y: -30] in the alley north of the Basilisk Gate waypoint in the Lower City. Smash through the western wall [X: 38 Y: 784], follow the path west, and you’ll encounter a locked door to the Guildhall. Lockpicking it grants you access to the Guildhall Bar.

As for the Drunken Cloth, it’s one of the three items in the game that grants a special bonus when your character is – you guessed it – intoxicated! Here are its key stats and effects:
