Much like the Witcher-inspired Gwynbleidd sword, Scorch is a promotional reward for the Phantom Liberty DLC in Cyberpunk 2077.
To claim Scorch in CP2077, you need to meet one key requirement: own the new Phantom Liberty DLC and have Gwent: The Witcher Card Game in your Game Library. Gwent: The Witcher Card Game is a free-to-play game available for mobile devices (iOS and Android) as well as on PC. The essential step here is linking your Gwent and Cyberpunk accounts to the same GOG account. Once this is sorted, follow these simple steps to snag this tech pistol for free:
For PC:
- After installing the game, log in to REDlauncher using your GOG account.
- Click on ‘My Rewards’ in the REDlauncher to claim your Scorch tech pistol.
For PlayStation/Xbox:
- From the main menu of Cyberpunk 2077, open MY REWARDS and log in using your GOG account.

The Scorch pistol is about the equivalent of the Lizzie pistol, but you can get it at the very beginning of the game, rather than searching it out at the beginning of Act 2. Definitely a favourite of mine, and one of the best DLC weapons in the game.
