How to Solve the Sinakawak Shrine Puzzles in Tears of the Kingdom
The Sinakawak Shrine focuses on the intriguing mechanics of Hot Air Balloons introduced in Tears of the Kingdom. Your task is to construct and utilize these balloons to navigate the Shrine’s rooms and transport objects. Here’s the step-by-step on how to complete each puzzle:
Sinakawak Shrine 1st Puzzle Solution
The first puzzle revolves around crafting a functional Hot Air Balloon to reach the second level. Here’s what you need to do:
- Go up the stairs directly in front of you as you enter the Shrine.
- On your right, observe the live demo showcasing how Hot Air Balloons work in the game.
- To create a balloon, use Ultrahand to grab a wooden pallet and position it against the wall.
- Attach one of the flame pillars to the center of the pallet.
- Grab a balloon and fasten it to the candle-like pillar while standing on the platform.
- Jump off the pallet as you reach the upper level.
Sinakawak Shrine 2nd Puzzle Solution
As you reach the upper floor, you’ll encounter a locked door with a switch hanging from the ceiling. Follow these steps to proceed:
- Look up and spot the switch with a target symbol directly above the locked door.
- Use Ultrahand to grab one of the giant-sized candles and place it on the ground roughly below the button.
- Attach a balloon to the pillar, causing it to soar and trigger the switch, unlocking the door!
Sinakawak Shrine 3rd Puzzle Solution
The Shrine’s final room presents a challenge involving employing hot air balloons to transport objects. Follow these steps to overcome it:
- The room has two floors: the upper floor with locked doors and the lower floor with a platform, balloons, flame pillars, and two balls.
- Your objective here is to transport the two balls to the upper level and position them into the corresponding holes before each door.
- Here’s how you can achieve that:
- Glide down to the ground floor.
- Find a pallet and position it against the wall.
- Attach candles to each corner of the pallet.
- Place the big ball at the center of the platform.
- Attach the small ball on top of the larger one.
- Attach three balloons to each flame pillar and hop aboard.
- As you reach the upper level, quickly get off the platform and use Ultrahand to detach it from the balloons.
- Wiggle the Right Stick to separate the balls from the platform.
- Insert the two balls into their respective holes, and the doors will open!
