Bethesda’s Starfield has been one of the most anticipated games of the year, with more than 1,000 planets and 100 star systems for the players to explore. The game is truly gargantuan, so much so that there is no real representation of the extent of the game’s map. However, we are quite sure that whatever the players finally get to see will not be disappointing at all.
That being said, Resources and Materials are elements of the game that make or break your game, being used to craft all sorts of items, structures, and mods in Starfield. So, if you are someone who wants to find out all the resources available in the game, how you can get them, and their use, then you are at the right place. Keep reading to find out!

Obtaining Resources and Materials in Starfield
In Starfield, there are primarily three ways for players to obtain resources and materials in the game. They are:
- Enemies and Chests loot: Players can get resources and materials during their explorations by simply looting enemies and chests.
- Mine from the Planet surfaces: A few resources in the game can be mined from the surface of planets. Although we have seen in the trailers and other various videos that this mechanism exists in the game, the tools that will be required to do so are not known yet.
- Flora and Fauna’s harvest: From the plants and animals in the game, a few resources and materials can be harvested. Simply by scanning the flora and fauna that players encounter, they can see the resources it’ll provide.
Resources and Materials are one of the key items that are used while you craft, build, and other essentials. As previously said, they make or break your game. So, make sure that you do not lack during your explorations and gather a whole lot of resources. That pretty much sums up all that there is to know about All Starfield Resources.
