You might be wondering as to why saving your game is such a big of a deal. However, if you are someone who has chosen the harder Atomic Heart difficulty options or if you simply just take the perspective of the length of the game, you’ll know why knowing so is vital. So here is what you need to do.
How can you save your progress in Atomic Heart?
To save your progress/game in Atomic Heart, firstly, you will have to search the game for saferooms. These saferooms will always have a chest, NORA (The upgrade station), and a Red Telephone.
You will have to interact with those phones to save your game. It is highly recommended that you save your game whenever you get the chance, because even on Medium difficulty, Atomic Heart can prove to be challenging. The robots don’t joke around. When you are about to complete a mission, you didn’t bother to save, and you get eliminated just in the end; you will have to redo the entire mission.
In fact, I would recommend that you save your game after purchasing an upgrade, or crafting something, as well.
Does Atomic Heart have Auto save?
Yes, the game does have auto save. It saves periodically as and while you keep going on with your explorations of the world. The game will automatically save either before or after events that are big in the story. This is to ensure that your key progress is at least safe.
That is all there is to know about how you can save your game in Atomic Hearts. Stay tuned with us on Game Haul for further updates on the same. See you in the next one!
